a. Payment Terms

Payments for courses, digital products, or services must be made in full before access is granted.
We accept major payment methods including Mobile Money, Visa, MasterCard, and other secure gateways.

b. Pricing

All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.
OpenSigma reserves the right to change pricing or offers at any time.

c. Refund Policy

Payments for digital courses or downloadable materials are non-refundable, except where:

  • The course was not delivered as described

  • A valid technical issue prevented access (and remains unresolved)

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Course Enrollment and Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-transferable, limited license to access the course materials for personal learning only.
You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute course content

  • Record or download videos for external use

  • Reproduce materials for commercial purposes

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on OpenSigma.co — including videos, lessons, graphics, logos, code, and text — is the intellectual property of OpenSigma and protected by copyright laws.
You may not use, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Consulting and Development Services

When you hire OpenSigma for digital or data projects (e.g., website, app, or system development):

  • A formal proposal or contract will be issued detailing scope, deliverables, and payment milestones.

  • Intellectual property rights for completed projects will transfer to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

  • OpenSigma may include the project in its portfolio for demonstration purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpenSigma strives to deliver accurate and reliable services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Errors, downtime, or service interruptions

  • Data loss, cyber incidents, or system failures beyond our control
