At OpenSigma, we strive to provide high-quality digital services, training courses, and consulting solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a refund or cancel a purchase.


1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Online courses offered via on the Website

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable materials, templates)

  • Website, app, and system development services

  • Consulting or professional service packages

2. Course Purchases

a. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for digital courses are limited, due to the nature of online content. You may request a refund only if:

  • The course was not delivered as advertised

  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented access, and our support team cannot resolve it

b. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed courses or lessons accessed by the user

  • Downloaded digital materials

  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless stated otherwise)

c. Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us at info@opensigma.co within 7 days of purchase

  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

3. Website, App, and System Development Services

a. Payment Structure

  • 50% upfront to initiate the project

  • 50% upon completion or before launch

b. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels before the project begins: full refund of initial payment

  • If the client cancels after work has started: partial refund may be issued depending on completed work

  • All refunds are subject to review and approval by OpenSigma

c. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only if OpenSigma fails to deliver services as per the agreed contract or proposal

  • Delays caused by client failure to provide information or feedback do not qualify for a refund

4. Consulting Services

  • Refunds for consulting sessions or packages are non-refundable once the session has been booked and delivered

  • Cancellations must be communicated 24 hours in advance to reschedule

5. General Conditions

  • OpenSigma reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet policy requirements

  • All refunds are subject to payment gateway fees, if applicable

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
